A non-refundable* deposit of $795 is required to reserve your space.

Final Balance Policy: Final payment must be received by 3/01/2021. A $500 late fee will be added for payments after this date.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation your entire payment will be refunded, less the $795 deposit, if the cancellation is made before 3/01/2021. Payments are non-refundable after this date.

Scholarship applications: Scholarship application deadline is November 1, 2020 and must be accompanied by the deposit. If you are not granted a subsidy by December 15, 2020, you may opt to cancel your registration for a full refund of your deposit by December 31, 2020*. If you do not exercise this option, you will automatically be registered as a non-scholarship participant on January 1, 2021. 

Transfers: Non-scholarship registrations may be transferred to another approved teacher prior to April 15, 2021. Please contact Jules to approve and facilitate the transfer.
