A non-refundable deposit of $895 is required to reserve your space.

Final Balance Policy: Final payment must be received by April 1, 2022. A $500 late fee will be added for payments after this date.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation your entire payment will be refunded, less the $895 deposit, if the cancellation is made before April 1, 2022. Payments are non-refundable after this date.

Scholarship applications: Scholarship application deadline is September 15, 2021 and must be accompanied by the deposit. If you are not granted a subsidy by November 1, 2021 you may opt to cancel your registration for a full refund of your deposit by November 30, 2021. If you do not exercise this option, you will automatically be registered as a non-scholarship participant on December 1, 2021. 

Transfers: Non-scholarship registrations may be transferred to another approved teacher prior to May 1, 2022. Please contact Jules to approve and facilitate the transfer.
