Summary of the Q&A
📆 Program Structure & Schedule
- The training meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, so your weekends are free to rest, catch up on anything you missed, or just not spend your entire weekend in front of a screen.
- Can’t make every session? That’s okay. You’re expected to stay caught up with the recordings at a reasonable pace. This is an interactive training, and you’ll get more out of it if you stay engaged with your classmates and the material.
- Time zone concerns? We’ve got participants from all over the world. We can likely make it work. Just ask.
- You’re not expected to sub out your regular yoga classes. Keep teaching.
- Arrive late? Leave early? Still better than skipping entirely. Show up to as much as you can. You’ll get more out of it.
- All sessions have a dedicated moderator who tracks attendance, manages the chat, and troubleshoots tech so I can focus on teaching.
- The training is delivered in 90-minute bursts with 90-minute breaks, giving you time to process, reset, and handle life in between.
📝 Homework & Assignments
- All the homework is issued upfront with clear deadlines. NO big surprises.
- Homework includes short reflective assignments (a comment under a recording, a 3-question quiz, a social media post) to keep you engaged, not overwhelmed.
- Homework is about critical thinking and reflection, not memorizing facts. There are no exams, no grades. Just practical, real-world projects that connect directly to your teaching.
- I read every word of your homework. It’s your direct line to me. Use it to share your wins, questions, and challenges. That’s how I get to know you and support your learning.
🔓 Long-Term Access
- You get full access to course materials on January 1, 2026, and you’ll have until March 15, 2027 to complete the program and earn your YA-approved certificate.
- You’ll retain access to the course content for years to come, and if you need more time, extensions are no problem.
đź’» Tech & Platform
- All recordings are organized in a clean, easy-to-navigate online course portal, available on desktop or mobile.
- Our private social network also has a mobile app. You’ll be in a dedicated cohort for this training, but you can join the larger community today.
📚 Curriculum & Learning Style
- The curriculum is broad and deep, covering pain science, somatics, stretching, biomechanics, and restorative yoga.
- I adjust the schedule and pacing based on your interests and participation. It’s a living, breathing experience, not a rigid outline.
- The reading list includes 5 books for purchase and 2 free downloads. You’ll read my book and Todd’s in full; the rest are used as references. You can find the list here.
✨ Bonus Opportunities & Community
- The elective is meant to round out your training and elevate the voices of South Asian and Desi teachers. It’s not included in tuition, but it’s designed to be accessible. Most are under 5 hours and around $75.
- Your enrollment includes an invitation to our in-person graduates-only gathering in Las Vegas in June 2026 and any future Graduate Gatherings.
- The relationships you form here last, even online.

“The content was incredible. I keep telling people I have years of info to continue to learn from as a result of this training. It opened my eyes wider than I could have imagined and has really brought a new sense of love for our miraculous bodies and yoga. ❤️”
“I really valued the care and attentiveness Jules offered in her training. Jules holds the space so well for her learners to explore, express, and engage with the content of her 300-hour training. This content is also incredibly valuable. It’s relevant, in-depth but also vastly applicable no matter who or how you teach.”
“I not only already feel like a better yoga teacher, but have learned so much about critical thinking, inclusivity, creativity, and spirituality which were definitely not things I expected to get out of this biomechanics TT.”
“I loved the way complex topics were broken down and addressed from a variety of viewpoints from different voices so I felt I really understood to content. The training was not about a strict dogma or way to do things, rather it was an exploration of knowledge and discussion on how we could apply the learning to our existing frameworks. The training was brilliantly planned and unfolded in surprising ways, just like one of Jules’s practical classes. I learnt so much.”
