Final Balance Policy: Final payment must be received by June 1, 2018 in order to qualify for the early registration price.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation your entire payment will be refunded, less the $500 deposit, if the cancellation is made before June 1, 2018. Payments are non-refundable after this date.
Sold Out Retreats: Refunds, less the $500 deposit, may be granted between June 1 and July 15, 2018 only under the conditions that the retreat is sold out AND your spot is filled by another guest.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip.
